Prices and Packages
STOP PRESS! We are now fully booked up for every weekend between May and September 2011
We still have mid-week options available for a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday stay, with good discounts from the weekend rate - for details or to go on our cancellation list please ask Lizzie
The dreaded word "Packages" makes it all sound a bit corporate - which it isn't. In fact we try and steer clear of the 'corporate wedding venue' thing as much as we can. This is why we don't have a civil license at the moment, it's quite restrictive: it would mean that we would have to be a full time "venue". We are a working organic farm and we want to remain that way - a special individual place, that offers you the opportunity to celebrate your special event in this lovely old 14th century farmhouse in the beautiful English countryside.
Of course we do have the Stone Circle which is a wonderful location for an outdoor ceremony - please see the pics!
We like to be flexible and organise your day around what you want, rather than tell you what we would like to do - after all, its your day! Whether its a relaxed bar-b-que you would like or a sumptuous banquet feast, everything is prepared and cooked at Huntstile (apart from Isobel's amazing organic cheesecakes which have to be tried to be believed!)
Please call or email Lizzie for availability. If you can come and visit that's even better, as we can show exactly what Hunstile has to offer....

Huntstile Drinks Options
Non-organic House selection:
Red/White Rose/Wine – from £10/bottle
Examples:-
Camino del Sur 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, Bio Bio Valley.
· Clean very fruity easy drinking wine. We think this is fantastic value with plenty of crunchy cabernet fruit and a smooth finish.
· A new venture for Esteban Canata, the Bio Bio valley is at the southerly extreme of Chilean wine making and thus an exciting new area for the production of white wines. Sr Canata has 300 hectares there where he grows a range of more unusual grape types as well as the more classic varieties. Expect to see some of these in due course. The Cabernet and Pinot come from their own estates whilst the Merlot come from further north in the Central valley which gives it the rich ripeness we have come to expect from Chile. A real find. Drinking now – ABV: 13.5 %
*** We also stock a Sauvignon Blanc from the same region in Chile however, after the earthquake earlier this year, supply has been irregular and we are reviewing the situation at present with an alternative SB from Los Condes (it’s very good!)
La Maison Sauvignon Grenache Blanc 2007 Vignerons D’Ardechois, Ardeche
· Lovely gooseberry and asparagus flavoured sauvignon broadened by the weightier grenache. Clean with a touch of sweet frut on the finish. The perfect aperitif.
· Les Vignerons D’Ardechois is a co-operative situated as its name suggests in the Coteaux D’Ardeche region of the Southern Rhone valley. Under the guiding hand of Luc Tallaron, chief Oenologist, this innovative collection of growers and producers create a range of wines from a long list of local and international grape varieties. Our selection under our own “La Maison” label are three blended varietals in the three main wine colours. All are easy drinking and great value. Serve chilled. ABV: 12.5 %
La Maison Syrah Grenache 2007 Rosé Vignerons D’Ardechois, Côteaux de L’Ardeche
· Clean and very fresh with a ripe raspberry and red fruit flavour. Very quaffable. Great at any time.

· Serve chilled ABV: 13.0 %
Rosso Piceno 2007 Saladini Pilastri
· Soft, easy drinking yet well-made blend of 30% Montepulciano and 70% Sangiovese that nevertheless ends up tasting slightly claretty. Great value organic wine from this excellent producer.
· Saladini Pilastri is a family firm which has produced wine for many generations, but has recently introduced modern technology to great effect. Organic wines from the Piceno appellation are their trademark and they are excellent value for money. The ubiquitous Robert Parker of the wine advocate said of their 2007 red; “The estate’s 2007 Rosso Piceno is an unqualified success. This soft-textured red caresses the paIate with waves of ripe fruit, tobacco and spices. It offers remarkable balance at this level and must surely be one of Italy’s finest wines at this price point”
· Drinking now – ABV: 13.0 %
House Prosecco – from £17/bottle
Prosecco dei Colli Trevigiani San Simone, Friuli, Italy
· Very fresh soft easy to drink wine from this Northern Italian variety. Not too fizzy and with a clean dry taste, this is perfect for parties and a must for Bellinis!
· Located in Porcia in the heart of the Grave del Friuli area, San Simone is run by the Brisotto family who have owned the estate for 5 generations. Their Prosecco is a fine example of the style of wine from that region and is well worth a look. Serve chilled ABV: 11.0 %

· Clean fresh and vivacious, this has good fruit levels with a mouthwatering twist of acidity in the background. The finish is clean and dry. A great glass at this price.
