At Huntstile Farm we know the meaning of a relaxed and friendly atmosphere – it’s how we live. We are a different kind of venue as we organise your day around what you want (…not around what we would like you to do). In the summer months you can hold your wedding reception here in the farmhouse & garden marquee for up to 135 guests. We have straw bales, tables & benches available for seating and dining outside too. During autumn and winter you may hold your reception in the dining hall with crackling log fires, seating up to 50 guests ♥

We have farmhouse accommodation for up to 25, camping for 15 and there are other places to stay within walking distance…

Rustic Weddings ♥

We can deliver your guests to church on a hay-bale ride in our lovely wedding tractor & trailer and then entertain you back at the farm with a barn dance in the evening or a ceilidh - or how about a Medieval Banquet with jugglers, stilt walkers & fire eaters – you name it and we can provide it at Huntstile! Hand-Fastings at our stone circle ♥

The Stone Circle was built for Fran & Rachel’s Druid hand-fasting ceremony in 2005.

Made from ancient staddle stones, the circle lies on the edge of a wood upon a hilltop with breathtaking views across the county – we can recommend an excellent celebrant to perform the ceremony if required. Guests will be transported to and from the farm on a hay-bale ride in our tractor & trailer – great fun! Click here for more photos…

Food ♥

There is a wide choice of menu available – from a simple finger buffet to a massive pig roast with salad & roast potatoes, from a medieval banquet to fully organic speciality 5 courses. We can also provide a fully licensed bar. We specialise in locally produced fresh and tasty food. Catering for vegetarian, vegan and wheat free diets too – please ask for more details.

Accommodation ♥

There is excellent accommodation available at the farmhouse for you and your guests; we have 6 double bedrooms & 2 twins, one of which is the romantic Panelled Room, with its elegant furnishings. (see Accommodation page)

There is a small camping area next to the farmhouse and s a great option for guests who don’t mind getting their wellies on for the weekend – max.15 people (or 6 tents) subject to availability
