At Huntstile Organic Farm we offer very comfortable B&B within the cosy farmhouse, with friendly hosts and delicious, locally produced food, log burning stoves and crackling log fires, olde worlde charm and character. Farmhouse breakfasts include cereals, fruit, yoghurt, local sausages and bacon and our own home-grown organic eggs.
All the beds have snuggly duvets with cotton linen and fluffy white towels. 5 delightfully individual farmhouse B&B rooms to choose from for your bed & breakfast experience. Perfect for exploring Exmoor, the South West and the Quantock Hills.
We are about 20 minutes drive from the nearest beach: Kilve beach is a fossil beach with rockpools and fresh-water ponds on the north coast of Somerset. The south coast is about 1 hours drive and will take you to the Jurrasic coastal paths of Lyme Regis and Chesil Beach.

We are very child-friendly and have a selection of indoor and outdoor games available for use as well as a large trampoline and swing-ball in the garden. There are bats and balls and a badmington set available fro use. Huntstile has 5 charming Bed & Breakfast rooms all with en-suite shower or bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and flatscreen TVs with DVD players. We also have pretty self-catering cottages, nestled into the foothills of the Quantocks, steeped in the country – real country farm cottages, in the heart of Somerset coutnryside.
Blue Room

The Blue Room is the spacious Master bedroom of the house with a beautiful sandstone fireplace and views over the fields. There is a queen-sized bed (6ft wide) plus a single bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom.

Cream Room

The Cream Room used to be the nursery at Huntstile (in fact John was born in this very room!) It has a standard 4’6” double bed and newly fitted en-suite shower room.

Panelled Room

Wake up like a king in this beautiful bedroom. The Panelled Room is a gorgeous B&B room, lined with Jacobean oak panelling which arrived with one of the brides as a dowry – bit of extra ‘winter insulation’. The Panelled Room has a queen-sized (6ft wide) bed and a little en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand-basin. Views of rural Somerset, across open fields are seen out of both windows…

Cider House
£79 per night (includes breakfast for 2 – option to use Cider House Loft with en-suite for + 2 B&B, please add £59 )
- The Cider House is a lovely country room full of character with exposed beams and rough plasterwork and a king-sized bed. The room has French windows that open into the private lane at the farm. There is a spacious en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.
- Cider House Loft can also be booked. It is a cosy little B&B room with twin beds. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.
The sitting room can accommodate an additional 2 single beds if required, at an additional cost of £25 per B&B per night.

The Apple Loft
£79 per night for B&B for 2 including breakfast (£95 for 4; + £25 for additional guest B&B)
- The Apple Loft is a large, first-floor open-plan studio apartment above the Cider House, with exposed elm beams, a large circular window and its own entrance, up a little set of wooden steps. On the mezzanine (below) there is a king-size bed and a single bed and the en-suite shower room. The mezzanine has a galleried side and steps down to a sitting room with day-bed or bunks and a little kitchen area.
