Beginners Sausage-making Courses  …Download a form here Workshop Booking Form

sams sausage  sanat sausage party christmas workshop  SAUSAGE

11am – 4pm   £55 pp including farmhouse lunch

Whether you are just curious to know how it’s done, or maybe you are thinking of keeping pigs to be a bit more self-sufficient, this course has everything you need!

Commercially produced sausage contents can be quite disappointing and making your own sausages is the perfect solution to this – it’s easy (when you know how) and the possibilities are deliciously endless.

We hold sausage making days so you can come and learn the practicalities of how-to, what combinations of ingredients work – and you get the chance to try lots of different flavours and even make your own brand. You will get to cook and sample your own breakfast sausages…or lunch in this case…!

£55 per person – includes ingredients, finished articles, tea, coffee and a farmhouse lunch (please bring your own apron)
