Sausage Making
It’s always good to know what you are eating!
Unfortunately commerically produced sausage contents can be on occasion quite disappointing – even alarming in some instances. Making your own sausages is the perfect solution to this – it’s easy (when you know how) and the possibilities are deliciously endless.
We hold sausage making days so you can come and learn the practicalities of how-to, what combinations of ingredients work – and you get the chance to try lots of different flavours and even make your own brand. You will get to cook and sample your own breakfast (…or lunch in this case) sausages and make salami to take home.
£45 per person - includes ingredients, finished articles, tea, coffee and lunch (bring your own apron)
