Whether you are just curious to know how it’s done, or maybe you are thinking of keeping pigs to be a bit more self-sufficient, this course has everything you need!
Commercially produced sausage contents can be quite disappointing and making your own sausages is the perfect solution to this – it’s easy (when you know how) and the possibilities are deliciously endless.
We hold sausage making days so you can come and learn the practicalities of how-to, what combinations of ingredients work – and you get the chance to try lots of different flavours and even make your own brand.
£55 per person – includes ingredients, finished articles, tea, coffee and a farmhouse lunch* (please bring your own apron)
