Our accommodation on the farm is split into 2 categories:
B&B ...................SELFCATERING

We also have a family CAMPING AREA & our ready erected & furnished ECOTENTS available for hire. For all: CHECK IN 3pm CHECKOUT 11am

B&B The farmhouse provides 3 very comfortable B&B rooms. All linen 100% cotton.
The Blue Room . . . To find it, you have to climb the long winding elm & chestnut staircase. With its comfortable king size draped bed and far reaching views across the countryside the Blue Room is an elegant reminder of days gone by with a few modern touches of real comfort. There is a sofa to relax on, armchairs, open fire, bedside tables, tea & coffee making facilities and a TV with DVD player. This is a family sized room and will accommodate an additional single bed if required. The Blue Room sleeps 2 + 1 £65 - £75 per night
	The Cream Room . . . can be found next door to the Blue Room. It is a pretty Twin Bedded room with tea & coffee making facilities, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV with DVD player. The Cream Room Sleeps 2 £50 per night B&B
The Panelled Room . . . is a fine room exuding the history of the house. Situated in the East wing of the farmhouse with Jacobean oak panelling lining the walls. The four-poster bed has a view through ancient windows fitted with individually leaded lights looking our over acres of organic wheat fields. En-suite bathroom with shower. The Panelled Room Sleeps 2 £95 per night B&B

SELF-CATERING
Huntstile offers a choice of self-catering units:

	The Apple Loft . . . First floor accommodation reached via it's own external wooden staircase, comprises a large family bedroom with king-size bed & one single bed, en-suite shower room and galleried landing, overlooking the downstairs sitting room with TV & DVD player, dining area, well equipped kitchenette with oven & hob, microwave, toaster & kettle, fridge with ice box & washing machine to the side.
There is a large sofa and a day bed, which can be used as a sofa during the day and an additional single bed at night-time. There is the facility for this to be turned into bunk beds for additional sleeping accommodation. All linen, towelling, dish clothes & tea towels provided and all 100% cotton. Outdoor seating & bar-b-que The Apple Loft Sleeps 2 + 2/3 £350 - £550 per week or £95 per night

CAMPING & CARAVANNING

We have a level area at the top of the farm garden that is very suitable caravans & tents. There are fantastic views across the countryside & many fine farm walks. There is a standpipe in the corner with fresh mains drinking water. We have a solar shower invention, which stays warm just long enough for a (very) quick shower (eco friendly soap only please*). There is a loo & hot shower around the back of the farmhouse, which is about 2 minutes walk. We also have toilet tents that you can hire if you require them. There is no electrical hook-up. This is a small site with only 5 pitches.

There is a field adjacent to the farmhouse garden, which may be used in between the crops. Lots of wildlife, butterflies & birds.

Tent pitches: £7.50 per night for 2 people. £2 per extra person
Caravans: £12 per night for 2 people

ECOTENTS . . .
	This year we have added the Sidelands into our wildlife project. This is a beautiful part of the valley, set in a walker's paradise with far reaching views and a natural spring that feeds the wildlife lake. There are no vehicles, no electricity and no mains water. Very relaxing, clean air, beautiful surroundings.

We have created a space for people to interact with nature at the minimal environmental impact. We have water purification system for the spring water - although some may prefer to bring bottled water for drinking* - composting loos and solar powered showers fed from the spring. Eco friendly shampoo & soap only please*. There is a re-cycling & composting area & a purpose built wood burning community bar-b-que.
Paddock available for horses with notice.

The ECOTENTS are available for hire throughout the summer period. They have a solid wooden base & are equipped with cooking facilities, table, benches & camp beds. All you have to do is bring your own sleeping bag & food!

Very peaceful, very natural, very eco-friendly.

ECOTENTS are 2 sizes. Sleeps 5 - 12 people
£150 - £550 per week depending on tent size & time of year

(*available to buy in the farm shop, which also sells a variety of local food).
