Beginners Sausage-making

Whether you are just curious as to what goes in, or maybe you are thinking of keeping pigs to be a bit more self-sufficient – this beginners course will teach you everything you need to know about how to make a tasty sausage!

Sometimes commerically produced sausage contents can be a bit disappointing, so making your own sausages is the perfect solution to this – it’s easy (when you know how) and the possibilities are deliciously endless.

We hold sausage making days so you can come and learn the practicalities of how-to, what combinations of ingredients work – and you get the chance to try lots of different flavours and even make your own brand. You will get to cook and sample your own breakfast sausages…or lunch in this case…!

£50 per person – includes ingredients, finished articles, tea, coffee and lunch (bring your own apron)
